Yarn fails on 4747 for the chat resource on CFX Default Recipe

I created a Server Using the standard plume ESX Recipe and id had this error:

Before u ask, no i didnt touch anything I followed the standard instructions and reinstalled 10 times, everytime the same error
occured

@technetium-cfx Can be closed, at this point it is almost guaranteed it was caused by the recipe engine (adm-zip lib) issues after node 16 update.
