Using the `default` database directory with two servers leads to errors

Some raw LDB '.ok()' error is shown if trying to run two servers from the same data dir with e.g. vMenu running.

I'm not sure if we support setting a database profile yet, if not we probably should.

Actually, this initially occurred with the player data example resource in configuration: probably a lot easier a test case.
