What is the problem?
Scanned our test environment using axe-core (https://github.com/dequelabs/axe-core) and Playwright (https://github.com/microsoft/playwright)

1. Topic header images are generally decorative and the context can be discerned from the Topic title or group

Possible solution.
I would recommend setting the alt tag to blank like with img src="[image]" alt="" /
