Can't install the plugin on etherpad-lite-win-1.8.14

I'm getting an error each time I try to install the plugin on etherpad-lite-win-1.8.14 from the admin plugin manager.

I faced this problem too, on a Windows server.
After adding the location of node.exe to the system environment variable PATH, the plugin was installed successfully.
