Add timestamp for more efficient storage refresh

Unchecked runtime.lastError while running storage.set: This request exceeds the MAX_WRITE_OPERATIONS_PER_MINUTE quota.

I can hack this in the time being using a timing function with chrome.runtime.reload().
Instead I need to add a listener to the mutation observer, add timestamp to spoiler obj.
