The 'Improve Existing Data' section of 'Getting Started' list two projects that no longer function

The two projects referenced in the 'Improve Existing Data' section of 'Getting Started'

• a web scraper to save the mayor’s schedule
• a script to pull prison population data out of PDFs

The Mayor's schedule link has no data starting from 2015 (The Mayor's Office switched to an archived press-release. Thus this was no longer needed nor working from that point on)

The Prison Population points to a github page. But the page linked from there doesn't work either.

It would be good to get these either up and running again, or to replace them with functioning examples. In the current state, it can be discouraging to people who want to get started with helping when they see it is broken. 😞
