Hack for LA is missing / Source of latitude and longitude values for brigades

Making a copy of this issue from the Statusboard hackforla/brigade-project-index-statusboard#75 (I don't understand the issue or whether it needs statusboard or backend fix).

Hack for LA projects are not appearing. The LA link was fixed in the source data on Feb 19, 2021.

Can the project list use the following json directly so changes occur immediately?

The following correctly includes Hack for LA:

The map image on the API documentation page differs from the MapBox map. Does the MapBox map still pull from the API?
