I'm not sure what we'd need to change to make this a thing but...

I'd like to be able to start sharing more posts from around the network - maybe under the headline "From the Network: Atlanta partners with Solidarity Kitchen", "Chi Hack Night: Invisible Institute presents: CPDP 3.0 and National Police Index (Video)", ect ect

If Bluesky lets us - we could also embed bluesky posts too.

It might take a bit of extra work but it would be helpful to people looking to expand the audience

We could pull in content from other member websites via RSS and re-post it on our website. I think Bluesky has RSS too.

That wouldn't be too difficult to set up. I think any challenge will be the extent we want to curate the content. The way I'm imagining it would work is:

1. We'd have a script that would fetch the RSS feeds, run once an hour in a GitHub action
2. It would commit the content to a yaml file, that would be used when the website gets republished (which would also happen as part of the GitHub Action).

The design/curation challenge will be:

• I assume we want it to happen automatically, so if there is content we want to remove, we'd have to mark it to be hidden after the fact
• How we want to display it so that feeds that post a lot of content frequently don't drown out the ones that post infrequently.

Concretely, I think the way to get started on this would be to do it for 2-3 different sources/feeds and see how we like it.
