Setup / Socket / Dockerless

I'm excited to try this on multiple workspaces (enterprise grid), but trying to dig through it to see how to set it up.

A couple of questions...

    1. Is is possible to get a non-docker version?  We have our own database/development servers, etc.
    2. How about converting this to socket-mode?
