Windows portable distribution and folder documentation

As I don't like to install to program files on Windows, could you provide a portable release (.zip or whatever tar.gz/zstd...)?

About documentation, still on Windows, just display where are downloaded Models or propose where to download them, as they are rather big files. It's annoying to have to search them after downloads! (Maybe I missed some info.)

The downloaded models can be found via ctrl+shift+d in the debug menu, in the next version this is moved into About.

Portable has been discussed in another issue and is low priority for me but PRs are welcome
