[BUG] volume affected by handy

Bug Description

Handy is forcing volume changes. Even though I turn my volume down or up. It keeps changing the volume back to something else. Of course, handy should not be in the business of manipulating volume or deciding for any user how loud they want to hear things. Handy should honor the user's volume level imo.

You didn't give your operating system or other configuration. Without this your issue will be closed.

This is a bug and should be fixed. It is not intentional. It also does not happen for me on MacOS
