document a cookbook for quick start?

Just a section in the readme that speeds through every major feature.

For instance, I'm a newcomer stuck still trying to figure out how an argument can be optional? Shouldn't that be 5 seconds? I eventually dug and dug on google and found this: https://users.rust-lang.org/t/clap-how-to-make-an-arg-required-conditionality/115559/2

Also, the example doesn't show which cargo features are needed, if you put clap in the Cargo.toml file. Would be nice having an end-to-end example for quick start.

The tutorial doesn't seem to talk about optional vs required though we act like it later. This will be addressed in #5929.

We have a top level demo and one in the tutorial and both start out talking about the needed feature.
