Remove a non-list line from Uncategorized plugins.md, again.

This repeats the manual step I did in community-archive#792

This will allow the plugins following the removed line
to be sorted by name.

This will allow me to sort plugins again,
prior to tonight's GitHub Actions run, pulling in new plugins.
