CocoonView broken pipe error

We get many "Broken pipe (Write failed)" errors like this:

Not sure how this affects the user.

Lindat says this at least some of these errors are due to a cocoon (or related) issue, where a resource doesn't load, but for good reason, as there's some kind of redirect.

There's probably not much we can reasonably do about this, short of logging/filtering adjustments.

For what it's worth, I cross-checked our cocoon and apache logs and seem to have found these correlations between cocoon paths, apache access.log regexps and predominant HTTP codes:

• DRI/1: " /repository/xmlui/submissions .*/workflow" (200)
• DRI/3: " /repository/xmlui/handle/11356/1024/submit/.*continue " (200)
• DRI/7: "/repository/xmlui/browse.sort_by=(([1-3][0-9])|[4-9])[0-9]($|&)" (500)
• DRI/8: "/license/agree?bitstreamId=" (302)

I addressed the annoying DRI/7 500 problem with an apache rewrite. The others might not be worth the effort.
