Improve/customise healthcheck

The set of checks done in the healthcheck could be improved and/or customised for clarin.si.

For example, it would be good to check URLs. Looking at healthcheck.cfg and CuratorCheck.java, it looks like this should already be included in the "Curation Summary" section, but it isn't.

It turned out this was a bug, which I've now fixed both upstream (ufal#842) and in si-dev.
