Can't compile lucida on Fedora 27

Hi, I am trying to compile lucida on fedora 27. I opened the install_opencv.sh file and edited it. Then used ./make inside the tool file. I can't find a zlib1g-dev package anywhere that's compatible with fedora or even a tar file. Can you help me please? 😭
