failed installation of commandcenter on ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Installing Local Lucida goes through until Point 3.5 (or at least it looks like it does).
I came to the last point Command Center (CMD)
with $make all nothing happend
started with Start all servers and there I had the same errors as reported by

make start_all fail #220

installed tmux as also reported there

went back to the Command Center (CMD) => still nothing happens
went back to Start all servers and ended with this error:
~/lucida$ make start_all_secure
cd tools && ./start_all_tmux.sh secure
error connecting to /tmp/tmux-1000/default (No such file or directory)
Session lucida does not exit. Creating a lucida session.
Enabling secure host
eth0: error fetching interface information: Device not found

In /tmp/tmux-1000 is only a file default, nothing else.

no idea what to do, can somebody help me?
