Configures project metadata for Zenodo integration: - Title, description, and keywords for discoverability - Creator and contributor attribution - Standards alignment (CPSV-AP, CCCEV, ELI, PROV-O) - Related identifiers linking to GitHub and clarvia.org - EUPL-1.2 license identifier
