still exists, although note that old is in the file name and it does say it's out of date. I don't think it is still linked from the table of contents or elsewhere, but maybe you found a link somewhere?

But I agree that we could use more documentation of topotools or at least better links to some of the notebooks that exist such as the one @mandli pointed to.

I've been planning to created better tutorials on getting started with GeoClaw for some time, and happy to leave this issue open as a reminder to clean up these pages.
