Handle displaying and captioning images

This issue started as a feature request to open images locally by sending them to the OS's default image viewer. However, there is more that can be done.

I think the best way to handle this would be to create a dialog to display images which has the options of being opened to show an uploaded image and add a caption, or to simply show an image and its caption.
