Wrong American date detected in billing period

In bill DXF74Qaqvkr2Qi2BK.pdf the billing period is given as "12/01/2016 - 12/22/2016". Currently Merlin recognizes the first date as "2016-01-12". This date is ambiguous, but in the context of a billing period is is actually not, so Merlin should be able to figure the billing period correctly.

Hmmm I'm having trouble printing out words from this bill as I get a huge wall-of-text error regarding the PDF. Could I have more Facebook bills? I can weed through the ones with similar billing periods.

from this bill so I think we must've changed something along the way in the way we handle PDFs that has made this error incapable of being reproduced and caused a whole new problem with these PDFs, possibly 🤔 This is a facebook bill so it is a nice fancy accessible PDF. @clemenshelm
