🎧 Flatpak Metadata Synchronization Issue in Clementine #7421

📝 Problem Description
When modifying metadata fields (such as Artist, Title, Album, or other ID3 tag data) of audio files within the playlist or the music library, Clementine (specifically the Flatpak version) fails to immediately update and reflect these changes in the playlist view or the library itself.
Even though the changes are successfully saved to the original files (which can be verified by checking the file tags or loading the song in another application), the Clementine interface continues to display the outdated information until the application is restarted or a forced refresh action is performed.
✨ Additional Request
It would be greatly appreciated if the latest stable version of Clementine could be made available on Flatpak. Since installing via traditional system packages (like .deb or repositories) can sometimes be challenging or not offer the most current release, having the updated build on Flathub would ensure a smoother experience and include the latest fixes for everyone. Staying up-to-date is a form of digital self-care, after all!
