Sort entries in Packages page

While trying to browse the packages on https://www.clibs.org/packages, I noticed that packages seem to be presented in no comprehensible order (except for being grouped by category).

I'm not a clib user, but I consider trying it out.

I think it would help to sort the entries ; first by category name, then by package name

I think it would improve discoverability when trying to figure out what packages are available on clib

I recommend using the search to find out if there's a package that meets your needs. Just browsing packages doesn't really make sense IMO.

I'm not against sorting by category name then again by package name though. I like that idea.
