Paper scroller and panning breaking element drag and drop

Introduction

I drag my element to the paper and it is not placed exactly where i dropped it, I don't know which behavior is getting affected, either paper or scroller need to be start properly from left side, if i pan paper towards left, it looks good

When started dragging my element and dropping on the paper, the element is not placed exactly where i dropped. The transform property changes and it is placed at different place of my paper or it will not visible in the paper itself.
The current view will get affected because of this and it is hard to find my elements on the paper
