Switch for the photometric galaxy bias model

📝 Issue Summary

The only photometric galaxy bias model that is implemented is the polynomial "poly" bias. A galaxy bias model switch to be able to use the "per bin" bias model should be included.

🎯 Goals / Acceptance Criteria

• Goal 1: Include the switch to pass the model to cloelib

✅ Expected Outcome

Ability to run photometric chains with the "per bin" bias model

🐞 Current Behavior (if applicable)

The "poly" polynomial bias model is the only one that is implemented in cloelike.

Hello @cloe-org/cloe-maintainers, I created a new branch for this issue and committed my changes. However, the continuous integration (CI) pipeline did not run automatically on github. I ran the precommit and the photometric pytest locally, but for the PR it would probably better to verify this online as well. Do you know why this could happen? Thanks already

Hi @FelicitasKeil , thank you for pushing your branch! I think the CI is only triggered when you open a PR (Guada can correct me if I'm wrong!), so whenever you think you're ready try to do that, you should see it starting to run

Okay, thanks for the answer @chiaramoretti! In cloelib it is triggered directly, but here in cloelike it might be different. I will open a PR soon and see if it works

I deactivated the option here because this CI is more heavy than cloelib, @FelicitasKeil, proceed with a PR.

In any case, CI should be triggered after it passes locally and it should help the reviewer, mostly :) Thanks for you hard work.
