Vagrant up error: Failed to power on '/path/filename.vmx

• Deploying via (VirtualBox/VMWare/AWS/Azure/ESXi): VMWare
• Vagrant Version (if applicable): Vagrant 2.3.7

Please verify that you are building from an updated Master branch before filing an issue.

Description of the issue: Once I try to fire up Vagrant using the 'Vagrant up' command, the VMWare tries to load up and then displays error.
