Cost Estimator doesn't handle orphaned AWS resources #355
Description
The cost estimator cost-estimator/estimate-costs.py may be inaccurate if AWS resources don't have the Org GUID, and doesn't handle well resources that are still tagged in AWS but aren't accessible by the CF API.
