Operators hace to restart components in the logsearch deployment due to memory threasholds. Create a task to automatically, periodically restart the ingesters and archivers.

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a CI task to restart theses components on an interval.
• The restarts of the components should be spaced out to only restart one at a time and not when they could affect a deployment.
