social icons not appearing in footer in preview #221
Description
The social icons (facebook, X, etc) do not appear in the footer preview.
Notes
- it's unclear to me if the issue is just in the preview, or if it's also true live -- I am unable to save changes to the footer and pre-footer as noted in bug when adding links in footer / pre-footer #219
Acceptance Criteria
- ensure social icons are present as expected
