UX improvements to the media editor #107
Description
Improve the UX of editing the file details.
Notes
Currently, users:
- Cannot edit the file name once uploaded
- Cannot add a description
- Cannot edit/copy a direct link to the the file
- See an API button. Consider removing this as it's not relevant to average users.
We should allow users to edit the following file details and provide guidance in the hint text.

| File Name | System-generated or editable name |
| Title | Human-readable title (optional) |
| Alt Text | Required for accessibility and SEO |
| Description | Optional internal notes or file context |
| File URL | Direct link to the file (used in downloads or embeds) |
