Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Would be nice to have a command to wipe the data directory and reset LavinMQ to a "virgin" state. rabbitmqctl has this.

Might need to consider what happens when we would run something like this on a running lavinmqprocess, will that be messy?do we need to stop lavinmq?

lavinmqctl stop_app first as a safety mechanism, before able to run lavinmqctl reset. If not, lavinmqctl reset is dangerous to run by mistake.

maybe we should have levels of this, for example lavinmqctl reset all and lavinmqctl reset purge

  Message-level reset — src/lavinmq/message_store.cr:
  - purge_all() — clears all message segments except current read/write files
  - delete() — removes all segments and the message directory entirely
