Use Customer-Provided Encryption Passphrase #34

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using custom storage, Cloudback stores backups as encrypted ZIP files which is great for manually handling the backups. However, in order to manually decrypt the backup, access to the web UI is required to trigger the submission of the corresponding encryption passphrase via e-mail. It is not possible to manually recover backed up data if Cloudback is unavailable even if the customer uses custom storage and has access to the encrypted ZIP files.

Describe the solution you'd like
In order to allow customers to recover backups entirely on their own, it would be helpful if Cloudback would support the usage of a customer-provided encryption passphrase. That way, customers would be able to recover their backed up data without requiring Cloudback to be available.
