Hue for workshop use-cases

I've been reading the docs but am not able to clarify if Hue will do what we need. We run data integration workshops and each student gets their own MySQL database. Currently this is on a VM and the VM also has DBeaver to query the database.

We are trying to remove the need for a VM. The MySQL database we can run in AWS or Azure fine, but we need a Query tool also. What we need is practical terms is the ability in near-real time to:

1. Provision the user
2. Create a connection to that user's database.
3. Ensure that user can see their, but no other users databases.
4. De-provision the user and connection

We could have anywhere from a few people to a few hundred using this solution and this is on their own time, so we can't have predictable downtime. Can Hue support this?
