Provider produced inconsistent result after apply

Hi!

I'm using the CDP Terraform template and examples from the official Github repo to create CDP deployment on Azure.

Very often I receive the following error which then results in my CDP environment and Data Lake not being created or registered correctly:
Provider produced inconsistent result after apply... .freeipa.architecture: was null, but now cty.StringVal("")

I do not have any modification or dark magic included, I simply followed the guide for the templates and provided the variables and all rights within Azure for TF/CDP to work.

Re-apply doesn't help and I often have to destroy and apply again if i want to proceed. I would like to use the TF templates "as-is" without any further manual Environment registration or importing the CDP resources into the TF state.

Okay, so update here.

A month ago, we were able to use the above-mentioned Terraform template to install everything, back then it was using cloudera/cdp TF provider v0.10.7.

Since the new "bugfix" (CDPCP-15624) and the v0.10.8 version, the template is broken in 2 ways:

1. If freeipa_instance_type is null, then Azure VM creation fails due to "insufficient resource quotas", even though we have more than enough on our subscription, even for the latest VM instance types - I assume "null" will pick the latest available type.

2. If I set the freeipa.instance_type to "Standard_D4s_v3" it works but then the ...azure.cdp_env creation fails with the error: "Provider produced inconsistent result after apply... .freeipa.architecture: was null, but now cty.StringVal("")"

After reverting back the provider version to v0.10.7 and defaulting back to:

it works.
