Confirmation

• My issue isn't already found on the issue tracker.
• I have replicated my issue using the latest version of the library and it is still present.

cf-terraforming version

cf-terraforming v0.21.0

Expected outcome

Running this:

cf-terraforming generate --resource-type "cloudflare_tunnel" --zone "$CLOUDFLARE_ZONE_ID"

Actual outcome

Produces this:

FATA[0004] Authentication error (10000)  

I have a Read all resources token generated using the template.

Steps to reproduce

Running this:

cf-terraforming generate --resource-type "cloudflare_tunnel" --zone "$CLOUDFLARE_ZONE_ID"
