CNAME and TXT records allowed for same host?

Actual Behavior

Cloudflare DNS blocks duplicate CNAME or CNAME where A/AAAA exists for a host - but seems to allow a CNAME and TXT record for the same host.

Expected Behavior

This can cause problems with DKIM records etc. and think CNAME + TXT should probably be blocked as well or at least a warning?

So something like this example should not normally be allowed?

selector._domainkey.example.com CNAME selector.example.com.dkim-provider.com
selector._domainkey.example.com TXT "v=DKIM1; p=..."

RFC 1034 section 3.6.2 it says 'If a CNAME RR is present at a node, no other data should be present; this ensures that the data for a canonical name and its aliases cannot be different.'

So you could get inconsistent answers from different DNS resolvers?
