It would be super helpful to add delay to requests to see what happens if a particular domain or resource is slow. I would think the following would all be very useful:

• Add delay to requests of a particular type (text, css, etc)
• Add delay to requests of a specific domain
• Add delay to an arbitrary request (matching a particular URL pattern, etc)
