Describe the Bug

getting the following errors when running wrangler deploy, the deployment does seem to go through but getting this error

✘ [ERROR] A request to the Cloudflare API (/accounts/.../workers/scripts/.../script-settings) failed.
Tail Worker does not exist on this account. Check the Worker name and try again. [code: 10203]

Please provide any relevant error logs

Are you able to confirm that you deployed your tail worker before running wrangler deploy? It would also be useful if you could share a reproduction and any error logs. Thanks.

I can confirm this is fixed. It was a user error. When I tried one of the logger integrations it added tail_consumers = [{service = "user-accounts-tail"}] to toml which was not removed when I removed the integration.
