permit monit access does not work in bosh warden lite stemcell #498
Description
Due the changes commited to PR - #487 the permit monit access script does not allow the monit to work with correct privileges.
This is causing the ADBR restore to fail for tile (postgres, mysql) while trying to stop the process using monit.
This is only observed in bosh warden lite stemcell for newer stemcell versions. We got the issue with stemcell version 1.1107
