Add additional information concerning request runtimes to cc_ng logs/nginx headers ?

Issue

Currently CC_NG logs or adds a header how long each request took server side. It would be highly interesting to know, how much of that time was spend in actual ruby world and how much was db wait. For that a request would need to sum up all db query times and add this information into a seperate header or in the log ?

Maybe a more generic solution to such insights is to use a proper APM software like new Relic. But maybe it makes also sense to others to have this kind of information in the logs anyway ?
