Datadog Class count fix is not applied if not using Datadog Buildpack

We use Datadog Java Agent without Datadog Buildpack because we do not want to send observation data to Datadog Agent inside the app container and instead sent it to Datadog Agent on Diego cell. But because there is no datadog_buildpack, the memory calculation fix from java_buildpack is not getting applied and every so often we get "APP/PROC/WEB: Exited with status 137 (out of memory)" crashes. Is there any way to apply the fix without using the datadog buildpack
