GitHub has deprecated Node 20 for GitHub Actions so the action must be upgraded to v24.

Expected Behavior

The action must use v24

I staged a change in a PR to update to node 24. I tested it against my project and all went well. Hopefully we can get this update in before September! This is the only action that I am waiting on to do a mass actions upgrade for my project.
