The parameter [web_acl_id](https://github.com/cloudposse/terraform-aws-cloudfront-cdn#input_web_acl_id) is `arn` of the resource not the `id`. I had to reverse engineer the same to figure it out :) Please fix the same, at least in the documentation. I can fix this in the code and the doco too, shall I raise a PR? :) Cheers!
