`import_table` block added in the v0.35.0 release requires AWS provider `>= 5.0`

Describe the Bug

The addition of the import_table block in the most recent release should have required a change in the required_version of the AWS provider to be >= 5.0.0

Expected Behavior

Change in the required_providers block.

Steps to Reproduce

Run the module with an AWS SDK version < 5.0
