Allow storage_type = "ebs" for single AZ deployments of ActiveMQ #100

Describe the Feature
Would like the default storage class of single AZ ActiveMQ to default to EBS for improved performance; OR allow override in such use cases to pass "EBS" when in single AZ ActiveMQ configuration.
Expected Behavior
Able to configure storage for ActiveMQ when in single AZ configuration.
Use Case
We are in need of the additional disk performance of single AZ EBS based ActiveMQ deployment.
Describe Ideal Solution
Ability to configure the value storage_type either via default behavior or passing in an override value via var.storage_type
