Ideas for more examples, directions to take

Opened to brainstorm some additional examples. Hopefully new issues and PRs spring from here.

Ideas

• Improve todo-mvc styling, just use default fomantic-ui css classes.
• Add some actual web-service usage, like a leaflet map, or something that calls out to another api?

Any more ideas?

I'd definitely like the styling improvements shown. As someone new to scalajs and very rusty and outdated with html styling in general, a "blessed" pattern that is easily cargo culted would be a boon.

I think an example which calls a backend API would be a great addition, especially if it cleanly handled "lazy loading" the contents into the UI, a la How Elm slays a UI antipattern

An example of handling api call failure would be good.

An example of mediating state with a RESTful backend would be good.
