What would you like to be added?

In the pediacluster spec, we can be able to configure excluded resources, to exlcude some kinds of resources.

For examples,

spec.
   excludedResources:
      - group: 'examples.test.io'
        resources:
          - '*'

Why is this needed?

For CRD resources, they are different in different clusters. If we want to watch all CRDs resources except one, it is impossible to find a proper expression in current filters. So we need an excluded expression to filter out it.
