shall we set ```export MALLOC_CONF=junk:true``` for PR tests?

Apparently some wf may even crash when export MALLOC_CONF=junk:true is set ( see #44956 )

We may consider to set it for all PR tests: besides major issues such as the one above one can detect regression due to uninitialized memory
(only heap, not stack)

sounds like a good idea to me. I have opened cms-sw/cms-bot#2228 to set MALLOC_CONF=junk:true for PR tests
