Non-reproducibility in `ParticleFlow/PFClusterV` in 12834.42[23] GPU workflows

PR tests in #47355 (comment) show tiny(?) non-reproducibility in four histograms in ParticleFlow/PFClusterV: emean_vs_eta_EH, emean_vs_eta_EHF, emean_vs_eta_EHFO, emean_vs_eta_H

By eye the differences seem like numerical, but perhaps worth of figuring out.
