Clean-up of invalid CondDBESSource parameters

As discussed in dmwm/WMCore#12320, with #47676 illegal CondDBESSource parameters will generate a Configuration exception.

We should identify which are the illegal parameters currently in use in CMSSW and make the appropriate patches.

For PoolDBESSource these are the legal parameters:

Any other parameter not existing here is illegal.

Having said that, this is not really a particular case. This is true for any cmssw module equipped by fillDescriptions method. Just this one happens to be in greater demand and not having received any updates since a long time.
